How to Download Your Purchased eBooks

Thanks to their portability and ease of use, ebooks are a convenient way for Curties-Overzet
to continue providing educational texts and materials for the manual therapy professions.
To help you access your new purchase, please note the following points:

• Our ebooks are created in a copyrighted-restricted portable document format (PDF). They
can be opened and read (but not copied, altered or printed) on a PC or Mac computer
or ereader using the program Adobe Reader. If you do not have this program, you can access it
for free by clicking on this icon and following the instructions.

• Once you have purchased your ebook go to My Account at the top of the screen.

• Then go to My Downloadable Products at the left of the page.

• Click on the title of the book beside the order number. Then save it to your hard drive when
prompted.

**Please Note**

Purchases become available upon verification of payment. Generally speaking, you will receive
confirmation via e-mail by the next business day (after your payment has been verified), notifying you that
the file is ready for download to your computer or ereader.

• After you have downloaded the PDF you will be asked for the Document Open password in order to open it.
The password is your email address, which appears on your My Account page.

• Purchased ebooks are available for download up to 3 times. This allows for installation
to a new device or in case of a lost or deleted file.
